“Love To You Music” came to be through three occasions in my life. The first occasion occurred when I was around 17 years old. I was singing a Sandy Patti song late one night and the Lord asked me if I wanted to sing for Him. I joyfully answered with a yes!

The next few years became very difficult and dark. Both of my parents died and I became severely depressed. Yet, I clung to God’s word and His promise of love and healing for me. It is because of this difficult time that I can say with confidence how much we are deeply loved by the Father of Heaven. It was in the midst of this suffering that I knew my singing and the songs I would write would somehow show the Love of God that I had encountered. This period marks the second occasion and became my purpose in life.

A few years ago I had the pleasure of worshipping with Ron Wallace and his family, who have now become my very dear friends. Ron encouraged me to play the keyboard during worship at church. He also encouraged me to write more music. Songs began to come and I prayed for a name to place them under. I wanted it to include the word “love”, (I told no one about my prayer). One morning Ron returned one of my songs he had been looking at and on the bottom he typed the words “Written by Becky Lovell © Love To You Music”. I came unglued with joy and shouted “This is it!” He calmly smiled and answered, “I know”.

So here we are—a CD and a web site later. I honestly do not know where any of this will lead. My prayer is that whomever comes in contact with the songs and any part of my life will truly come to know the truth of Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 3:17–22:

May you be strengthened in your inner self and may Christ dwell in your heart. May you experience how deeply Christ Jesus loves you and… May He who knows us and gives us more than what we can ever ask or even think be glorified here on earth and in heaven! (My paraphrase)
